June Lease rates - G37 Journey

June Lease rates - G37 Journey
Does anyone have the June lease rates (residual, money factor) for a G37 Journey? I'm planning on 18,000 miles/year. If possible, please provide 24, 36, and 39 month rates. Thanks.

The rates should be the same as May. I believe IFS is keeping them until June 30th. Any of you ISMs wanna verify that?
May Rates
By the way, 18k mile leases are sort of unconventional, so a dealer should be able to give you the residual for that. Probably won't find those posted anywhere. You can probably take a wild guess and knock 2-3% off the residual of a 15k mile?

I have been working with a ISM in Atlanta on a lease for a G37 Journey. I'm looking to wrap things up this month. We've agreed on a price that is at invoice + fees, so I'm comfortable with this part of the deal.
I really like this car but I'm concerned that it may start to feel small over time since I have two small children who ride with me about once a week. Does anyone know if there's a catch to getting a good payment on the 24 month terms? According to my sales guy a 24 month lease would require some cash up front and the best way to go is 36 or 39 months.
Thoughts?

Honestly, you will be paying for it whether you like it or not. With a 39mo lease, you'll probably have to put new tires on the car, which will be about 500-600 bucks less than going with a 24mo lease. If you go 36mo, you still need to put the tires, but you will save 200-300 bucks on the 37th month registration.
If I were you, I would opt for the G35 since you have 2 small children that will grow up eventually. If you have no other 4-door car in the house, definitely consider the G35. If you do, then G37 is just fine. Now you said they only ride once a week, so maybe it'll be ok since its for a short period of time.
By the way, I got confirmation that May's lease rates will be the same until June 30th. Happy leasing.

I guess I was a little vague in my situation. I currently have an '06 M35 Sport lease ending now, prior to that I had an '04 FX35 Sport, and prior to that an '03 G35. Obviously I have car commitment issues so I'm sure that I'll get tired of a coupe after about two years, or so.
I like the G35 but I REALLY like the G37. My kids are 3.5 and almost 1 year old so they're not going to become too big for the coupe in the next three years...and if so, my wife has a Honda Pilot. Basically, I drive back and forth to work and a little on the weekends with the family. My only concern is that the coupe will start to seem too small to me over time and thus I'm reluctant to commit to a 36 month lease because I don't want to be stuck or be way upside down if I decide to trade out early. This is the main reason I'm looking for a 24 month lease so that I can get the car I want and move on again in 2 years...but I don't want to pay a rediculous payment for flexibility.
The other option I'm considering is the '08 Accord Coupe V6 EX-L. It's a great looking car and I can purchase it for about the same monthly payment. Purchasing it will give me more flexibility when my eye starts wondering around to other cars. I know they're two different cars but the Accord coupe looks great too, has a little more space, and still performs fairly well.
Decisions, decisions,...

Really? You can buy an Accord V6 for the same as a G37 lease?
I got quoted $850 at signing, $437 a month to lease an Accord V6 Coupe. On the flipside, I got a G37 for $1330 at signing, $403 a month. (36mo vs 39mo lease). I went with the G37 of course :P Both great looking cars though.
Since you have car commitment issues, I think you should opt for a 24mo lease. Buying the car wouldn't really help you unless you put a big down payment. Plus you'd have to pony up the GAP coverage so you got get shafted in case the car is stolen or wrecked.

If you go with a Journey + Premium, that will probably set you back another $50 bucks a month. Might be looking at $480 a month if you tack on the sports package.
Note that the Journey has 1% lower residual value so the payment will be a bit higher.

I see... Thanks! I'll keep it in mind. Can't wait to get my g37 in two weeks. Hopefully i can low ball them to $450 a month with all of those packages.

All I can say is PM DaveISM and see if he can make it happen. He has drummed enough business from this site to know whether or not he can make you a legitimate offer.
