Base doesn't come with sunroof. Journey does, sometimes.
I advice against negotiating payments. Find out the rates and residuals. The sale price, etc...
If this your first time leasing, learn to calculate your own lease and read up on the pros and cons.
Here's a quick link to my site, you can download a excel based lease calculator. lease formula.
Please note that some states, like NY, will require tax to be paid, so there will be a big drive-off payment.

Thanks for your help guys. And yup, it is a base model, no sunroof even. Dealership is in Cerritos, CA. So overall, is it a good price for lease? Or I guess I will try to calculate this on my own.

Get the following from your sales rep:
1) Sale Price
2) MSRP
3) Residual
4) MF
5) The term (24,36,39,48) and how many miles per year.
299+tax is a low, but you are dropping 4k up front. In case you get the car stolen/totalled, you will lose 4k.
Always negotiate the price of the car. I know they can do give you $100 over invoice at the very least.
Also, when you lease make sure you got excellent credit (700+).
If you sales guy at cerritos isn't giving the the numbers, let me know. The guy I deal with there was awesome and disclosed everything.
