Is this a worthwhile deal?

Cool gluck...But I really think they should be able to get you a much better price then $500 per month...Especially since my MSRP is above 43k and I'm getting it for $449 "WORST CASE"...I played the email game from start to finish...Visisted the first dealer then took his quote, sent it to another via email...Took that better quote, send it to a 3rd dealership...The original dealer then contacted me and I thanked them for they're time but told them they were out done by another dealership but I'd be more then happy to provide them the numbers...I did so, and he's since called me and said to call in as he'll beat it!!! My total including MSD's and inceptions is 6k...But I've gone from a $543 payment to below $449...I think you'll be surprised with what they say...And be sure to push that quote on to the next dealership...But even at $500 per month not bad for a 40k car...Gluck again

If the sports pkg will have you love the car even more then whats another $40 per month when your already spending $440? However, if you dont "HAVE" to have it then the $40 per month adds to a total of $1560 over the life of the lease...Tough choice, but I'd get what I absolutely WANTED..That extra $40 is just one less tank of gas you can afford ..Just park her one weekend per month and that'll give you the extra $40...

Hey Thanks...And G'luck...Be sure that you only visit the 1st dealership...Its too time consuming to visit all of them and when you visit they think your desperate so they give you inflated numbers thinking you'll bite as quickly as possible...Let the first dealership know that you need some time to think numbers over and maybe shop around a bit...Then when they call you again give them the best quote you got so far...Leave it up to them...Dont lie about anything, just be honest...They get confused with honesty since thats not part of the game they play

FYI to everyone...My final deal (unless I feel like digging more!) is pretty good IMO...
The initial dealership offered it at $478
2nd dealership beat it and went to $459
3rd dealership beat it and went to $449
The ORIGINAL dealership has now come in at $440 per month...
ALL DONE THROUGH EMAIL accept for my initial visit...Just another route for those not interested in dealing with the salespeople...
You dont need all the details...Just wanted to show that a bit of shopping around can go a long way...

G35, nice work! I'm still playing the "ring around the dealer" game...Part of the problem is that they don't want to compare apples to apples.
Take this deal from Inf of Cbus: G37 Journey black/black, prem. and sport pkgs, spoiler, kickplates and cargo net for $ $639 at signing, $564 mth/39mths, 15k/yr.

Yeah JD is a straight shooter. He went down to invoice. I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger, I'm thinking by end of this week. Inf of Cbus has the model I want, but unless they can come down on my pment, I think JD has my business.
I feel bad for the Cbus dude as I've driven the damn car about 4 times so far, lol.

Ok, so I swear this is the LAST time i'm asking for the groups opinion. JD from Dayton called me today and said he really wants the business and made me this offer:
Journey with Premium/Sport AND Nav in Blue Slate/Graphite
Out of pocket for $4,750 of which $3,300 is MSD's
$489/month- 39 months/15k a year
I was thinking that was pretty damn good considering Inf of Columbus was $1 more without Nav!
Let the comments roll!
