I just cancelled my deposit from manhattan last week, their fees are more than other dealers...what bank fee are they charging you? Most dealers do $595, they are doing 795, and also charging a destination fee which shouldve been included into the MSRP/Invoice price, not the due at signing, so becareful and argue it if you have to. Who was your sales associate?
The only thing you should be paying out the door is bank fee, 1st month, tire fee, DMV and taxes if you wish to pay that up front as opposed to rolling it into your payment.
The bank managers wont do much, they'll run your credit ( you need tier 1 which is above 750 for that dealership) and ask you your occupation/salary and go over a few extended warranties/protection plans, thats all, very short simple process

If the bank aquisition fee is $795, then the lease isn't with IFS. That sounds to me like it's with U.S. Bank actually. Try and stay with IFS since there is no disposition fee due at the end of the lease however with Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, etc., there will be one.
