They should be selling near to invoice pricing. And if you check out Edmunds.com, the financing deal 1.9% and 2.9% financing is still available.

just got 08 G35 journey (auto) with pre and sport packages.
15K miles for 24 months
$ 1461 driven off ( 0 down) --? 1st month leasing plus (tire, acquisition, banking fees....)
$453 monthly fee
MSRP $ 37225 and selling price $33600
Residual value is 70%, money factor is .00221 (for tier 2 credit) for march 2008
