He's not saying that all 21 year olds are idiots. Lord knows there are idiots of all ages. He's pointing out what I've mentioned in my post as well, which should be readily apparant everyone. With car buying habits like that, if he were older it would be alot easier to see the massive loss of money over time than when you are younger with less car buying and financial history.
Absolutely agree. Idiot moves are not age specific but hopefully things (or some things anyway; i.e. car habits, how one represents self on a public forum) get better w/practice & experience. Telltale idiot moves like name calling (nizmo?) I'd rather let go on general lack of maturity/age, or just having a bad day? grounds then just straight & permanent stupid, but one never knows.
/As to the issue of the wheel replace vs repair...more like a personal preference deal. If it were my wheel, not sure how it would play out, might just use it as excuse to visit The Tire Rack.

You are ALL jackasses!!! JK. I mean come on guys, you have no right to judge and question people's decisions and life styles. If you disagree with me then I suggest you start taking a closer look at the decisions being made for our own country, being political, financial or whatever. All this guy is trying to find out, is a general consensus on how much his car may be worth right now, whatever his reason may be for wanting to get rid of it.
Here is my 2 cents: 37 to 39 is what you should expect max.
Good luck!

Okay let's get a few things straight here. Did you pay $46K before or after taxes? Also, you want to sell it for $40-41K before or after taxes? You need to understand that you bought this car one month after its release so you probably took a major hit when you bought it. Don't expect to recoup that in your sale. On average (I'm taking a stab in the dark), people in our forum are purchasing this car around $1K above invoice, which equates to ~$2K below MSRP. I got mine almost fully loaded (minus 4WAS) and got it for about $43K OTD. You have about 3000 miles on it, and based on what you paid I'm guessing it's comparably furnished, so I'd say you shouldn't be charging more than $37K before taxes. So yes, the dealer offer of $33K sounds about right, but if you really want to get as much ROI as possible, go sell it yourself.
If you give more details, maybe we can help you out better. But if you're going through 3-4 cars a year, I'm guessing you can afford to take whatever the dealer is offering you.
