What i should know about IFS

Ok guys, im done with my deal by mid next week but a bit worried about the IFS, when i return the car. So what should i know about them. What can i get away with, where are they going to "bend me over".. Since its my first lease, well first car i need all the veterans help..

Also the buy out is 31k after 2 years. If i dont do 15k a year and decide to do 12k a year would i not only get a cheaper payment but a cheaper buy out as well? Bc i know im going to be stuck on the car, im not going to want to get rid of it..!! Or is it better not to buy out, and buy a used one when i return the vechile?

Thanks alot guys,

Ps. I test drove the manual today, ***Much better then Auto*** IMO

http://www.infiniti.com/financing/lease-faq.html

Click on the drop down box and choose End of Lease

I had a 3rd party contact me to do an independent inspection. Something like this has never occurred with any other auto I've leased. The provided me with an estimate of all damages and I've got around 30 days to get them fixed or let Infiniti charge me.

The only thing found on my car was some curb rash that my wife gave me as a present one day. They estimated $140 to fix it. I could probably find a local wheel repair specialist to fix for around $100. Because I'm leasing another Infiniti vehicle they're waiving up to $500 in damages so it's not going to cost me anything.

Yeah, they have some rule. Something like inch long scratch or dime sized ding. I don't have the exact info and threw away my lease return kit. They sent me multiple ones, if I find it, I'll post.

Agree! Time for "Vinny" to do something or fade away ... "200" might also be considered 'tiresome,' but "944?" C'mon already!

B/C he's 17! Give the kid a break! It's not that serious to bust his chops over loving the car he is about to own. I'm getting my car in February and my post count is close to 100? Does that make me a loser??

Some people are more committed to their dreams than others.

i knew this was ganna come upp... but u can let u parents go buy u the car when the driving the conditions are better, and ill laugh when u go to buy and they have to order it, and then it takes another 3 months.. unless u want something laying around the dealer which i dont..

so there for ima order mine and get mine when the weather conditions are drive able..

my 9xx something post actually saved me a good buck.. coulpe gran.. and ive been a member since this site launced i dont kno about u..

if its not about my ?? i dont need ur post..

lol! i think i have some confidence in my parents negotiation skills! saving 2K is not gonna be a big deal! and um. most dealers have every assorment of the G37 by now especially for you because u live in NY. Mayb wat i said was taken outta context and it wasnt meant to belittle you or make u seem like a loser. I just thought having 2 and a half years worth of posts @ (1 post a day) is excessive.
