To answer the OPs original question - assuming $0 down, the 24 month lease is the most expensive lease offer available. However, a downpayment will have a greater effect on lowering the monthly payment in a shorter lease term.

It is generally a good idea not to put down any money on a lease if you can handle the monthly payment. If you could see yourself enjoying the car a lot - the 42 month lease should give you the lowest monthly payment.

its amazing the difference in different insurance companies... when i got my 35 (over 3 years ago).. i ended up having to switch to Geico... Liberty Mutual (which i always had) considered the G35 coupe a "performance car", Geico did not..... Liberty Mutual wanted $3800/year.. geico... $1900.year... INSANE.

tru indeed... Im insurance shopping as we speak! Theres no way in HELL statefarm is getting 424 bucks out of me a month, for car insurance... I mean damn the worst thing I have on my record ticket wise is a Reckless Driving from like 2yrs ago (excessive speeding 88 in 60 lane, I mean damn its not even 100)... I can see 250max a month but anything higher

Reckless driving is almost as bad as a DUI to insurance companies. I know here in Jersey it's a 4 point offense. Mix that with a higher performance car and I can see why someone would charge more money. $183 for a 1997 Honda civic is really high in my opinion as well so $400+ for a car that would cost the insurance company $35,000+ to replace if totaled makes sense.

It was like 115 before i hit a fence lol... Come on they know good and well speeding is something different! Thats why insurance companie ask what kind of reckless violation it is!... I know people that have worst records than this anyday and dont pay as much!

^^Ok, but what kind of cars are they driving? You have to factor in all of that before trying to compare your situation to someone else's.

Dude, you are looking at a car that retails for $35,000-$45,000 dollars. I'm not an expert on car values, but an RSX Types S retails for around $20,000. It is a 4 cyclinder compact. Of course that is going to be significantly cheaper to insure than car that costs twice as much.

Actually, it has more to do with the cost of a fender than the cost of the whole car.
Funny thing though, using the ballpark estimate at allstate.com my 6 month premium is higher for an RSX than a G37... A 2008 G37 is $370 to $530 depending on the coverage. A 2006 RSX is $440 to $620.
