I am!! I was /hoping/ for more, but i figure with it being the 7AT and a safe tune, its good enough for me. Eugene was very thorough and has done great with my wierd setup and conditions haha.

I remember last year as I engaged Eugene for my tune, thinking I might end up with a car that snarls and snaps at the throttle. Instead what I got was a much better running setup, much smoother than before, with a noticeable but realistic bump in the midrange.

All of which is nothing compared to your boosted project . But when working with Eugene (on a much smaller scale), I get what you're saying.

Oh for sure! He is great. This is definitely a very streetable tune. I used to run the car on road course, but i haven't gotten to try it with the S/C on it. One thing ive Definitely noticed is the extra heat this setup has. Im gonna have to refine my cooling system more, as im seeing 30 degree higher temps that i used to. I get that its a side effect of having more power, but seeing my oil temps hit 215 makes me nervous lol. (Though realistically i can run likely up to 260 and be fine)

Hey guys! Been a while since I updated! More piuctures, as always. After a little mishap, it came time for a new engine. So this time around, I decided to break the bank a little, and spent a few months doing a lot of work. Progress always hindered by money, you know how it goes! Anyways, without futher ado, the upgrades continue!

First step was getting a junkyard engine and cleaning the living heck out of it and measuring everything. Unfortunately the one i got, looked great on the outside, but was AWFUL inside. whoever had this thing, it came from a Cali car, and good gods, ever hear of an oil cooler??

For comparison, here is the intertior of the engine I was removing from my G.

The next step of course, was cleaning and saving what i could, then getting parts and organizing everything. I didn't take a lot of pictures during the prosecc, but here are a few.

Balancing the crank, of course!

nice and clean head

assembling the heads

new guibo for the driveshaft!

verifying and pairing the pistons, pins, and rods, yay me!

dont forget the upgraded JWT cams.

nice and clean timing covers too.

BAM

After getting it all back in, I redesigned my cooling system.

mockup of oil, trans, and radiator.

trans and power steering coolers, thermostats are hidden behind frame rail.

needed a beefier fuel pump relay to run my 3 hellcat pumps. good for 200 amps!

Tuning by Eugene Turkov @ Enthusiast Auto Care

This is just a copypaste from my tracking list, so there may be duplicates on here. Not sure. Either way, car is back on the road and fun as ever. Eugene is tuning this engine as well, and hes doing a spot-on job. I am super picky with my setup, and he is working with me on things every step of the way, even comes up with solutions to problems i would have never considered. good guy all around! Y'all seriously should consider him. even has a few CARB approved things, if i remember correctly. (don't quote me on that though.)

Those clean engine covers are sweet. My car only has 64k but it came from Jersey so the cover and pulleys have ugly corrosion on them that make me self conscious (I kid).

I considered painting them, but I wound up liking the clean and shiny new aluminum look. I know they won't stay that way, but at least they look goos for now!

And they stay mostly hidden under the charge pipe anyways, so it would have been a moot point.
