I wish man! This manifold alone is $8,000. Its from a close client that is building his car again and its sitting up here for display. But for sure the stock GTR manifold will be going on.
So for the last few months my roommate and I have been throwing around the idea of plasti dipping our cars. From our past experiences in seeing other cars with it, we were skeptical. I have been keeping up with Jeremy @ Pearls and Pigments out in Houston and liked the work they do. So after countless hours of research and watching videos we dove in head first. Ordered everything that DYC recommended in getting started.
So for my car, I have a black PDS with the Alien Pearls GC-47 color shifting pearls mixed into the DYC Top Coat. There is 7 layers of dip on my car. Not too bad for my first attempt at this.
