The "4 door Z" build (4DRZ)- 13 G37S 6spd sedan

It sounds like Z1 Motorsports might feature my car! I actually scrolled through all 100+ pages of this thread looking for pictures (and now my eyes are starting to cross ). It reminded me how far this car has come over the years. What a fun journey it has been so far. Here is to many more miles of really good driving experiences.

Elise. Unfortunately, it was a sitting duck on the straights at Road America, but he did fine in the twisty bits. Overall, it was fun running with most of those guys. As always, some drivers have a lot more skill than others, even in the top run group.

et me know what you think of these shots of the beast that I sent into Z1 if they do end up featuring my car. It's funny how of all the pictures you take playing around with the light and angles of a sunset that look cool in person, only a few turn out the way you want. By no means am I a photographer (even in the most basic sense of the term), but here are a few pics that I thought turned out nicely.

There's a whole lot to like here, both mechanically and in the visuals. However, that wrap on your front bumper is not one of them. It looks amateur and out of place. Also, the shift **** looks unnaturally deep in the console.
Otherwise or regardless, it's a respectable sport sedan, and I think your pics look fine. Seeing SPARCO in the mirror... was that on purpose? Cool stuff.

Do you mean the shift **** looks low. It might as it has a pretty good range of height adjustment and my driver's seat has been lowered so I can fit more easily while wearing a helmet. It is the perfect height for me, but it does seem a bit odd that the e-brake handle is now the perfect arm rest for me. Well, you know me- I am definitely more function over form. I have always liked more of a sleeper look.
Initially, the Sparco in the mirror was unintentional, but I caught it out of the corner of my eye and lined it up because it obviously looked better than whatever part of me was in the mirror.

Well, it finally happened. I finally hit 50,000 miles. Not bad for a daily driver that is about 7 1/2 years old.
Oddly, I almost did not get the picture in time. I had been reminding myself to keep an eye on it for a few days as I got closer to 50k. I completely forgot as I was driving home one night and just randomly glanced down to see exactly 50,000 miles. I tried to snap a few pics and fortunately hit a red light and stopped before it hit 50,001 so I could get a little bit clearer and more centered photo than while driving.

How much do you think you devalued your car by putting in cloth seats and installing Nissan badges?
Congrats on the milestone. I almost got my car to 45k but the slave decided to go out at 44,998

That sucks about your slave cylinder so close to 50k. Those must be common. My Infiniti shop replaced mine as a precaution under warranty when it turned out I needed a new starter. I was on the fence about adding a lightened flywheel at the same time since they had the transmission out, but my only options at the time were extremely light race flywheels that I was told were garbage on the street. Now Z1 has one more for street use that I probably would have gotten. Oh well.

The big five-oh, LOL. At least it's the miles on your car and not you. Not yet, at least.
The only way I'll ever catch up to you is if you stop driving it. I'm just a few miles under 46K.
