G37 Genova Build Thread

So hows everybody doing? I just wanted to start off by saying ive been a long time member of this forum but a seldom poster. I drive a 2010 G37x Sedan 7at (60k miles) and already have an ARK cat-back exhaust, Stillen Gen 3 Intakes, Crusco front strut bar, and Hotchkis front and rear sway bars. Im starting this thead now because i pulled the trigger on Z1 headers and Z1 High Flow Cats. The reason why is because my birthdays in 2 days, i got my tax return back, I graduate college in 3 weeks, and I already have my next 3 months of car payments payed off! So i have a large amount of money coming in and in 6 months ill have 10k+ in student loans...... Ya so nows the time to mod before Im more poor than I usally am. So Ive tried to lower my car 3 times and every single time ive had to replace a part on the car and then couldnt lower it so ive accepted the fact that my G doesnt want to be lowered but shes going to get a lot louder and moar powrrrr whether she wants to or not! I will be giving a review on the Z1 Headers and Cats since its very hard to find a current review and from my research it seems like many people swear headers are great and give our cars power and just as many say they're completely pointless and just give tons of drone and are a complete waste of money. Well im gonna find out from myself. Im only 21 almost 22 and wont mind the drone if its that bad ill turn up my two 12" subwoofers in my trunk and drown out that drone no problem I have a GoPro and will be uploading several sound clips also for everyone since those also seem to be hard to find. Im extremly excited to share my findings with you all and I hope i can help contribute to this already awsome forum!

to be totally honest with you. don't bother with the headers on the VQ headers make very minimal gains for the money you pay. I would just save that money and get some springs.

But also we need pix please

Look forward to your progress, nice to have that kind of ride @ 21, I can barely remember what I was driving way back then, but I'm fairly certain it was a POS
