G37X Quarter Mile Run

On friday i decided to take the car down to dragway 42 for some quarter mile passes.
Started off with a 14.06 but my reaction time was crap (around .85).
The biggest obstacle was the automatic and trying to launch right with the tree.
My best pass was 13.80 @ 102 and i was able to get my reaction time down to .10 but i still messed up a shift.
I think with more practice i should be down around 13.6

I understand dyno results should be taken with a grain of salt but you only gained 11/5 with a tune after your bolt ons? On my X I have similar mods but also HFCs. My baseline with mods was like 275/235 but tuned was 308/258. Just curious about the huge difference in numbers.

ha sorry! Might as well add the HFCs to your extensive list. As far as the revs, pretty sure they just did 5th gear pulls up to redline.

you know what.....I think I figured it out!
I had a tune for intake exhaust loaded when I went in (just one I was sent from UPREV) so that might be why they only were able to pull 11/5 on top of that
the best comparison would be a quarter mile time, have you done any runs since your tune?

From: Framingham Ma,
about the dyno?? I know they all are differnet but I have the same car and I:E mods and made 298 WHP and 240 WHTQ, and this was in a mustang dyno( 10-12%) lower than any other one around?
I LOVE the fact you are making your car just that "your car" but the wheels to me look like Vette wheel ,NO?
The 1/4 mile times low man?
