No issues at all from the tips. However, now that I'm 100% sure that I love the look, I'd actually like to remove it and have the area painted flat black. However, I'll likely hold off on that until my hand is forced, and the vinyl starts failing for whatever reason.

Clean whip! Love the whip. Color combo you got is nice too. What kind of exhaust tips are those?

*Magnaflow exhaust. But my question is more of the specs of the tips?

Do you have any rear shots with the tips? Thanks!

Love it. Yes to me, the black interior with the brushed aluminum (or whatever thay call it) looks the best. Whats it like having an MT6 in the Sedan?

I have an 09 Sedan.

Exactly the same as the G37S Coupe 6MT, but with a usable back seat, better visibility, and 100 lbs less heavy... not that you would know it. Heavy cars.

Some small bling in the engine bay...

Zee-Toyz dipstick cover, VMS radiator cap, JDM oil cap, stainless-steel T-bolt clamps on the upper radiator hose, VMS fender washers throughout, and a number of titanium button-cap bolts & washers from DressUpBolts.com.

It's those little touches that give it that clean look, liking what you've done all around. BTW if you're giving serious consideration to painting your headlights I'd strongly recommend those STi-R lens swaps, they look awesome (and John, I know you'd like the cleaner look) and do a nice job refracting the beam. For $50 it's definitely a nice mod.

Thanks, Newt. I really like that VMS radiator cap in gunmetal. For a while I had a plain, vinyl decal over the lettering, but it didn't last the summer. While the cap itself is gorgeous, the wording on the cap-cover is really lame. Really, really lame. "High performance protection cover"... as if Superman wears a condom.

The 2nd gen sedans use a 3" lens, the tsx lenses are 2.5" (I think they may fit the coupes but not sure?)
(2.5") TSX-R - Clear Lenses from The Retrofit Source Inc
(3") STi-R - Clear Lenses from The Retrofit Source Inc
Sorry John, really didn't intend to sidetrack your thread, just thought you might want to look into these if you decide to spray your lights

Thanks for the explanation. I didn't know that.

No problem at all, buddy. I always appreciate your posts.

Every forum has it's share of thread ****** and cowardly e-thugs, but you are decidedly not one of those people.
