The revenge of the axle

No dice guys, I'm thinking I want to drop it off at the shop and just pay the money because I'm getting a bit aggravated. Maybe I should just let it sit for a few days then come back to it.

I haven't been to a shop in almost a decade sadly but I'll be calling some places today. I drove it for a bit and it was quiet for the first block but after the second turn the noise came back so I'm guessing the turn made the axle pop out.

I'm just as lost, this is the space I have on my axle
If possible can anyone post a Pic of how their passenger side axle is seated? I'd rather not pay a shop 400 bucks to fix something that I'm hoping is simple

So plan of attack tommor will be removing old axle fully and using a magnet to move the circlip around to center it. If this works I should be able to pop the axle in smoothly. If I can move the circlip I'll apply some thick grease to the clip and the axle stub to make the process go a bit better. Any other suggestions?

SonicVQ I appreciate your insight and everyone else's. I took another look at the video and I noticed something that may be the reason for all this nonsense.
Look at the very end of the circlip, doesn't it look a bit battered? Like something has been banging up against it?
Like an axle? Lmao

Successful!
That's my extra axle stub lol. But it fits! So should I just attach my new axle boot to it to avoid any issues lol. I mean it's in there soooooo 😂

Explain that in an Axles for Dummies sort of way. I've been following your woes, and am happy for your eventual success, but I don't understand.
