Just say no!!!!!

Number of years ago I had a whine in the power steering when the car was at operating temps/warm. Initially thought it was trans noise. Sounded very similar to a SC whine. Eventually nissan/inf came out with a tsb which replaces the power steering reservoir. No more noise!

Finally got around to video of this.
You can hear the squeaking when the wheel turns very slightly. If I go all the way in either direction, it only squeaks when the wheel passes through the 11-1 o'clock range.
The noise only happens when under load, totally silent when its up on jackstands. Also of note, the U-joint where the steering column connects to the rack is rusty but doesn't make noise.
PS system looks great, not losing any fluid or making loud noises.
All boots are intact, no fluid leaks, afaik. And swaybar bushings are covered in thick silicone grease.
Any thoughts?

What you are listening to is the the frequency of throttle bodies, those high pitched noises are minimal throttle adjustments as they're adjusting to new load forced by the PS pump straining.
For further diag, try without the AC or with all accs on. Once thing you can do is clean them however after that there is very little you can do.

Interesting diagnosis, surprised TBs can make so much noise!. It squeaks throughout whole turns after it sits overnight. Once it's warm, less to-no squeaking. AC on, still squeaks. AC off, still squeaks. Acc, or engine off (no-power steering), no squeaks.
TB cleaning goes on the list! I've been having weird idles anyway. I'll update aafter.

Did you ever figure out what this was for sure? I have the same thing but for the most part its only in the 1 to 2 oclock range. Mine only seems to do it when I'm in motion and turning right though. Can't mimic the sound sitting in park
