Stock rims and suspention tire rubbing?

I have stock rims and tire size, 09 s sedan. I noticed today that it looks like my pass rear tire is lightly rubbing something?? Its all stock.

Just put new tires on... Any ideas? I didnt notice on the old tires.

Is it a different model of tire?
Some brands are known to be wider than others
