Need advice on chassis stiffness.
Hello,
I want to ask you guys that if getting a tower brace (front and rear) for my g37 sedan is worth spending money?
I am getting my center console replaced because it makes too much squeaking noise. I suspect that the noise gradually increased because some time I take hard corners and that causes my chassis to take added stress. In my understanding, tower braces should add stiffness to the chassis and reduce chassis related squeaking? Or have I got it completely wrong lol?

Only the center console is squeaking when I am turning or passing a speed bump (one wheel on the bump) is related to chassis stiffness. I think that the chassis is soft enough to actually change some geometry of cabin floor when turning / passing speed bumps and causing center console to squeak.
this is Just a thought to solve my issue :/
PS: I don’t have any rattling issue.

I can neither confirm of deny if stiffening the chassis will fix your center console squeaking, but I can say that I could hear the sound of shifting/squeaking/creaking of something in my headliner when I would do heavy turns and there was elevation differences. After I installed my rear chassis braces it went away. I will agree with your train of thought: the G37 has a lot of body flex and stiffening the chassis eliminates that, thus squeaks/creaks/and the like that happen due to chassis flex will be eliminated by adding bracing. And as an added bonus if it work or not you get a better suspension tuned car.

There is a member here that did a complete chasi bracing with oem parts. All off convertible G and Z parts. He said that car felt less bouncy or something like that on his review so I would imagine that would help. But I don't think you can get all the benefit just from front and rear strut bars

On a related note, I'm trying to buy some chassis bracing, but running into a wall that companies don't have anything in stock. I know that GT Spec made a bunch of braces, but I placed an order with them, and they cancelled it, and refunded my money because they didn't have the parts in stock. And presumably, they aren't planning to make more.
So the question is - these days (in 2016), what's available for a G37 aside from just a strut bar?

Ultra Racing. I used their fender braces on my B14. I have both their rear braces on my G. Yes, it's made in Malaysia but I have yet to see or hear of a fitment issue. The only thing I don't like about their braces are the fact they are made of steel and not aluminum; which is a preference thing really.
GT spec closed their doors at the beginning of the year (so I've been told, I never called to confirm) so the only braces you will find from them are used ones. I've been trying to get the lower tie bar brace for a few months now to no avail.
Your next option would be custom braces made by a local fabricator. I am not aware of any other options. Maybe someone will chime in if they know of more.

Here's a front under brace from Tanabe, part #TUB130F
Tanabe USA Inc. - Sustec Under Brace#
Here's their stock photo on a Q50 (which also uses the same part #)
