Need bit of help staggered on X

I'm planning to staggered my 09 g37x I was wondering if these tire size would okay for x front 225/35/19 and rear 255/30/19. I got Diameter Variance -.70%? from tire size calculator and have no if its okay for my x..

Thanks

What wheel widths are you running?
I'd stick w/ taller tires that are closer to stock rolling diameter.
If you want to run 225/255s the 225/45/19 front 255/40/19 rear will give you a great 0.22% variance and you'll be very close to OEM diameter too. The sizes you listed would result in about 6.5% shorter than OEM, not a good idea.

Thank you.
You always provide great answer to all my questions )
Thinking about getting 19x8.5(1.5" lip) 19x10(2" lip) roughly +48 offset

With those offsets and widths I'd run more tire, a 235/45/19 & 265/40/19 will only be 0.07% variance and fill the fenders a bit better. A 245/40/19 & 285/35/19 will be very similar to my fit, as long as those offsets you listed are correct

Thanks again.
I just got some other answer from friend of mine. not sure if he is right or not...
"I believe they would be ok on a awd because the tire size is so close in diameter(.7%, 806 revolution per mile and 800"( front 225/35/19 and rear 255/30/19)"staggered fitment as long as tires are near the same diameter it doesn't matter"

it seems like you both have right answer and I'm bit confuse now.... lol
please help

225/35/19 is gonna be >6% smaller than your OEM 225/50/18. If you wanna run 225 up front (I highly recommend 245 though) you should use 225/45/19 like Newt said. A good rule of thumb is for every 1" increase in wheel diameter drop 5 from your tire profile, given constant width. Having said all that, I'd go with Newt's recommendation of 245/40/19 & 285/35/19.

Is there a particular reason you want to run such short tires?
Having your new tires so much shorter (over 6%) is not something I'd recommend.
The front to rear variance is critical, but going so far away from OEM diameter isn't something I'd want to gamble with.

It's not a noob question, tires and particularly tires set up for AWDs can get pretty confusing and it's easy to pick a combo that will cause issues. Always best to do research and ask any questions prior to plunking down the cash.

My stock 18" 370z wheels might fit. They are painted gloss black and have tires with about 90% tread.
