you'd probably be able to bump up to 255 for a little more tire

Thanks for the pic! This is going on my wife's car and I want it to be a solid setup, so thanks for replying. I read somewhere on here that with a 9.5 you should run a 255 tire, do you feel that would make this a better setup or no?

245 or 255 will work just fine on a 9.5. 255 is a little better fit width wise but 245 won't give you any problems either, and a little more room at the fender.

I am set on that style of wheel, but not particularly Stance....So any/all suggestions are more than welcome. I'm trying to put a fairly decent wheel on the car but nothing Ill be upset with my wife over if she hits something accidentally Id rather buy a new wheel than argue for sure! I like those Enkeis by the way and they seem to be comparable in price! You know of anyone running them so I can see a pic?

Enkei is a great brand with many options, also they go through JWL which (most) cast companies do not.

Not sure on specs...work is blocking my access to the Japanese sites lolll

I plan on putting sport brakes on the car and testing the +35 wheels with the template, the calipers will be about 2mm from touching the wheel. The shop is telling me that +25 wheels well clear the calipers with space but much stick out further than the fender. They don't have +25 Targas in stock so they would have to special order them for me....

Not sure what to do here. Will 19x9.5 +25 stick out? Should I get the +35 and use spacers if I need them?

Also blnewt recommended 265/35/19 tires but those seem to be more rare/expensive. Can I run another similar size like 255/35/19 or 275/40/19?
Hey guys I finally pulled the trigger 2 months ago and purchased the Niche Targas. I went with 19-9.5 +35 all around wrapped in 255 /35 R19 Cooper RS3 Summers. All recommendations from this thread. When I put the wheels on I also did the akebono upgrade, I have an X. I have to put a 3MM spacer on the front as the rim was just hitting the caliper. Just wanted to share with you guys since you help me narrow down my sizing.

Nice looking wheel choice for your coupe, looking good
Interesting that the template showed 2mm clearance but you still needed a 3mm spacer to clear the front calipers. There seems to be a bit of wiggle room w/ those templates but not in your case obviously

Looks like you've got room for wider tires if you want to get further to the fender in the future, from the pics it looks like a 275/35 would fit just inside.

Look forward to how you like those Cooper RS3s, they aren't common here but I researched them when I got my Kumho Ecsta LEs (which aren't common here either, lol), and they get solid reviews. Keep us posted, nice job on the BBK too, color goes well

Thanks! I'll grab some shots later this afternoon. If you're afraid about rubbing, I don't have any problems with that.
