That 255 in front will be tight on a 9 +25, the front fender edge isn't flat rolled like the rear and may rub under hard compression. What wheels are you liking? Might be able to come up w/ something similar that will have clearance in a 9.5 width perhaps, or you could run staggered (like a 8.5/10" combo or a 9/10.5" set)w/ the proper tire sizing to keep your AWD ok.

I originally wanted Sothis sc2s in 20x10 +40 all around as I wanted a concave square setup then I got set on the Niche Lucerne in the same size. but then the caliper clearance issue came in the picture, so now I'm looking at Niche Vicenza in 20x9 +25, which are also available in +35. I'm open to 245s but wanna get an adequate sized Tire patch on the ground so I was gonna try 255s. Also, i do have access to a fender roller. Anyway, I'm leaning towards the +25 so I can get as much concavity as possible. It's also a good looking wheel. I just have a budget so I'm trying to be conscientious about that as well.

I have a 2012 G37xS sedan currently dropped on Eibach Pro Kit for the G35x 6399.140 and is what Eibach recommended. I love the ride and the feel of the springs, the only thing I would like differently is an even gap between the front and rear. The front is about 2 fingers off the tire and the rear is about 1 finger. Most times I cannot recognize the look but when I do I get a little annoyed just because I'm **** about that type of crap. My question is, has anyone been successful in actually utilizing a lowering spring and adding about a 1/2 inch with maybe a spring spacer or something of the sort. Any suggestions are appreciated with help in now raising my rear end about 1/2 inch and keeping my eibach springs on there.

I just noticed that someone used a Universal Spring Isolator from engergysuspension.com. There are 72 different parts, how do I know what size to use?

Hello, i searched the forum and not quite finding anything similar..

i have a G37S Sedan, with those big brakes, and lowered on TEIN-S tech. No camber arms. I was running 20x9 /20x10.5 net +15/40, with 245/30/20 and 275/30/20

I am looking for a new setup, and possibly downsizing to 19". I am not looking for mild camber or poke. Just flush will be nice. I am looking for some concave looks.

I have my eyes set at 19x9.5 / 19x10 sqaure (i assume 19x10 and 20x10 will be the same assuming the overall OD after tires matches)

I am not sure what offset will work in the front...one member did mention his 20x10 +40 will not work with big brake in the front.

The wheels i am looking at are MiRO 110 / Niche M157. here are their available size chart and offset
http://www.nicheroadwheels.com/form-m157-w-20334.htm

Much appreciated!

So end of the day, I found a thread that was on g35 driver and a guy who had a g37x sedan with the same issue I have. He used a universal spring isolator tube for his rear springs and he said he didn't notice any difference in performance but his stance and gap was now even. I just purchased the same ones on energysuspension.com part number 9.6112r for $17 so we will see how it turns out and I will post pictures for all to see.

Current Picture below dropped on Eibach 6399.140

Looks like the Niche is only up to a 9.5 in the 19s and only in a +35
The Miros have a 19x10 but in a +40, brake clearance will probably be an issue for both sets, that you would have to confirm w/ the vendor.
Do these wheels do anything for you?
They may have better clearance
STR Racing Wheels ? STR 610

Thanks for helping out.

I do have a pair of 20mm spacers that i can use, will that bring the +40 to +20 and make it work? My concern is will 19x10 require any fender work? Being on Tein-S is quite low. Car was running 20x9 (net +15) on the front when i bought it), and it was quite flush. Fender was rolled flat already i believe, and bumper bracket / liners were shaved as well.

Really wanna go for the Vossen VSF2 look (aka the miro / niche all those reps out there i guess. )

Do you think 245/40/19 will be fine for a 10" width wheel? Will 255/40/19 rub ? Thank you one more time!

I have recently posted in this forum about a g37x sedan spring setup. I just finished the setup today and decided to share my experience.

To start off I have a 2012 g37xS sedan with Eibach Pro Kit Springs #6399.140 which is originally for the g35x sedan. The fronts were a struggle compared to the rears as far as replacing them. The spring compressor I had could not even fit on the Eibach setup so I had no choice but have the dealer compress them on the strut for me. The rear struts can be done with a jack and 17mm wrench, literally took me 45 minutes from start to finish wheel removal and all for the rear springs. After the spring setup was complete I was a little dissatisfied with the stance being that the rear did sag about 1/2 inch more so than the front. To compensate for this I did a lot of research and made some calls, but I went and added a coil spring isolator to the top of each of rear spring. This was just enough to lift the rear about 1/2 inch and I am very very happy now with the look and the feel is amazing as well.

Before Isolator.

After Isolator installed.

Isolator installed on spring.

How much of the spring have you wrapped w/ that sleeve? Does it still fit well in the control arm? Surprised that sleeve made a 1/2" difference, how thick is the sleeve, looks to be about an 1/8" thick.
Glad it worked out and gave you the balanced look you're after.

It's about a 1/4" thick and it's 10" long. A guy on g35driver.com gave me the idea because he did the same thing on his S when he had issues. And a 1/2" might be an exaggeration but it gave the balance I was looking for, also helped camber too. More so than I thought too.

I hope this helps.

That's an interesting idea, keep us posted on how it works over time, definitely simple enough.

That's good info, I just noticed today that I too have the dreaded saggy bum on my xS. I may have to do this as well this summer. On another note I have an order in for a square set of 20x9 ET 25 wheels... Will post up when everything comes in.

Mr. Nurner, the part number for the Coil Spring Isolator that I purchased is 9.6112R and I actually found it on amazon.com for $17.
