Offset help with aftermarket wheels

Hey guys I've posted this question before and no one was able to help me out... I've been searching non stop and unable to find the answer I need!

I'm planning to order some aftermarket rims and I will need help with the offsets I need for a staggered set up for a 2009 g37x base coupe. I know the OEM specs but with the set up i'm planning to run I have no clue how to figure out the offset...

Rim: LEXANIŽ R-TWELVE Wheels - Black with CNC Machined Grooves Rims

8.5" 245/35/R20 Front (+24 offset?)
10" 285/30/R20 Back (+40 offset?)

Can someone please help me out! I am completely stock and still deciding to drop with either Eibach or Swift springs.

https://www.myg37.com/forums/wheels-...awd-coupe.html

The URL above is exact same coupe as mine but a 2010 and I want to the same flush look as theirs.

They're running
20x9+32 245/35 Front
20*10.5 +42 285/30 Rears

Anyway to calculate the 0.5" difference to get the same offset as theirs? Trying not to use spacers..

No one could help before and punch the numbers into a calculator?

https://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

And for future reference tires need to be within 0.3" in my book...

http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.dos

And tires should be 10% over the wheel width but under 20%.

mm to inches - millimeters conversion

To get the same fit here goes~
8.5 +24 will sit like a 9 +30 so you'll be almost 2mm further out w/ "your" wheels compared to the coupe in that thread
10 +40 will sit like a 10.5 +46 so you'll about 4mm in from the fender w/ your wheels compared to the coupe in the thread.
If you want the exact fit you'd want a 8.5"+26 & 10"+44.
Your tire sizes are about the best combo diameter-wise for your AWD.
