20x10.5 +45 with 285/30/20 doable?

Hi guys I'm getting new wheels and tires for my 09 G37xS sedan.

Would this setup work?

Front
20x9 +35 offset
245/35/20

Rear
20x10.5 +45 offset
285/30/20

I'm planning on lowering with Eibach pro kit in the future. Would I have issues with rubbing with and without lowering?

Without lowering it, the rear will stick out. I strongly recommend for the sedan to drop down to a 275/30. Later on the Eibach kit will accommodate the wheel + Tire package perfectly.

If I lower would keeping the 285/30 work? or would it still be better to do 275/30?

Go 275/30/20. Check out Natalie's Sedan. She runs 285/30 but lowered. Without the drop the 285 sat too aggressive.

Great thing about the 285s is they're virtually identical w/ the 245 diameter, perfect for a staggered AWD setup. Get those wheels in 10" wide +45 and go for the 295s FTW

Yeah I think the 285 look good also with drop! Natalie's looks good! 295 may be a little to much or you may need to do more adjusting! GL

yeah I got the same wheel/tire setup except i'm getting the swift sport springs made for the g37x sedan. it's a conservative drop which is what I was looking for, 1.3"(front) 1"(rear) drop. The eibachs would have gone lower but I'm in the northeast and lower wouldn't suit me well in the snow.

Thanks for sharing I have seen your car pics from Scott in Velgen
