Discolored Brake Fluid Already???

Trying to understand why my brake fluid is discolored already in reservoir. I just change out my brakes and rotors two weeks ago with Hawk ceramic pads and stoptech rotors, and completely flushed the brake lines using a vacuum pump. I used brand new Valvoline sythetic Dot3/Dot4 brake fluid and it already looks like apple juice color in brake fluid reservoir - looks worse than what I just flushed out. I used the same brake fluid when I bled the clutch system about a year ago and that still looks clear. Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions on what could cause my brake fluid to discolor so quickly?
