Titanium Wheels

I wondering if it was possible to do a titanium finish to say for example the stock wheels? Or is that something that has to be done when the wheels are created?

I think your looking for neo chrome paint. It gives that burnt exhaust tip look.

Gram Lights has several styles in a Neo Chrome titanium finish. I think that having wheels refinished like this will be quite expensive.
