So, I dont know whether to consider this a rant or a question, but long story short: i need to get a quote for my Iconz wheels for insurance purposes; my problem-> THEY DONT ANSWER THEYRE PHONE, RETURN CALLS OR RETURN EMAILS! Ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks for an e-mail, and have been calling/e-mailing like a lunatic since. Anyone have any contact info other than the ones that are on their site (aka the ones that they should be attending to) ? Im starting to get pretty irritated as there was just a $10,000 wheel theft in my neighborhood and I am not trying to be the next victim due to their negligence. Any info would be great, thanks!

They're not going to insure you. You can get that thru your own insurance company

No, I know that. My insurance company needs proof/reciept of value, so What I need from them though is a quote stating the value for my wheels because I dont have any proof since I bought them used from this forum; so something as little as an e-mail from their direct site will suffice.

Maybe contact icfp1980. He may have some info since he had their wheels.

Also consider that if your wheels are stolen they will give you the value of OEM wheels. I don't know what you paid for your used set, but I think OEM price is somewhere north of $700 each.

Iconz Wheel company is the devil!! I can't stand them. U will not be able to get a hold of them I don't think. I have also tried. They have so many wrongs with that company. I could write all day about it. Worst company ever!!!

OP.... try emailing them saying you wanna purchase and when they contact you spring the questions on them for the info that you need.

Dammit. yea I can tell. Theyre extremely unprofessional and I could tell right away when the links on their site didnt work . and GraphiteG37s, thats a good idea, but idk how well itd work considering their ****in inbox is flooded with my emails already

Dude I called them 2 months straight. Never got anything! Sometimes the fax went off. They are a joke. Good luck homie. If u do get a hold of them tell me so I can talk to them too. Lol.
