Cheap Adjustable Sway Bar End Links

Unwilling to pay $160+ for adjustable end links, I did a lot of research and developed my own. I used the same brand and type of ball joint by Nissan and made it adjustable.

These are basically the same the Powergrid end links, which was widely used in the G35/350z platform. I found the part suppliers and pieced them together without the markup. I payed around $80 for this rear set.

It's already installed on the car and it makes a huge difference. I recommend end links for anyone with lowered suspension and/or sway bars.

I made a couple of extra ones. PM me if anyone is interested.

Got extra front ones? Or better yet, care to reveal the parts used and source for those that want to make their own?

I'm in the process of developing the front end links. There's really no point in sharing the sources. It's a bunch of email addresses of sales managers. And there is a minimum purchase for each order.

Agreed, we all pride ourselves in sharing DIYs in this community.

The IPL bumper thread is an example of sharing resources.

Lock this one up.

If there is enough interest, we can arrange a group buy. These end links are used by many OEM manufactures. The nissan/infiniti OEM end link also use these same end links.

If we can get 15 people, it would be $70 for each pair. And that's including shipping and paypal fees.

I'm in total agreement that DIY is the way to go. I have also written several DIYs that I believe contributed to the popularity and usefulness of this forum.

I have dealt with many incompetent shops in the past and I dont have any trust in any of the shops out there. I also dont like to see people getting ripped off for significantly marked up parts. The whole point of this thread is to let everyone know that there is a significantly cheaper alternative to the $150 whiteline or $160 powergrid rear end links.

It is impractical for people wanting a set of these end links to contact manufactures and order directly. There are three different companies that I ordered from to get this kit together. If you want, I can provide you with the contacts that I have at these companies. It's not a simple matter of ordering through a website. I had to setup accounts with them as a business and order a minimum amount to get the parts. Is that the type of DIY you would want?

I'm willing to arrange a group buy if there is enough interest in the forum. I'm not making any money. The only extra I'm charging is for paypal fees + shipping.

If offering end links for half the price of what other vendors are charging is crime, then please lock this thread.
