BEST/MOST IDEAL Offets/Wheel Size for G37 Coupe

Hi All,

I can't believe this question hasn't been asked before but, I've been searching for new wheels for my 2008 G37 Coupe and was wondering what you guys think are the best wheel sizes and tires for my car? I've seen a lot of pictures on this forum and frankly some look pretty bad. Some wheels are too far out... or too far in and I'm having difficulty in deciding what to go with! Can anyone make it easy on me and just list the numbers for 19" or 20" so I can just get something close to that?

Haha. That means you're not searching hard enough.

The best offsets would be:

9.5+35-25 for front
10.5+37-32 for rear

19"-20" makes no difference.

It all really depends on what kind of stance you want. I pretty much agree with Wei plus or minus within 5 on the front or back.

There is no definite answer to that question. It's like asking what's the best wheel finish, What's the best color of G37, or whether blondes or brunettes are cuter - it will vary depending on who you ask and what their tastes are.

What's too far out for me or you will be too far in to some Hella Flush people. Too far in for my taste may be perfect for you. Find a set of wheels that yo think look perfect in your opinion and ask the owner of the wheels or vendor who sold them what the specs are.

My personal Fav has always been the 20/30 offsets with 245/275s you have both flush and the meatiest tire all around. To me that is a perfect combination.

I will do better check out the video!

VIEW THE FULL SHOOT HERE:

http://www.vossenwheels.com/CarGalle...VSCV3-510.aspx

Keep in mind these were spaced out and was actually a 17/30 offset F&R. With different tires like Hankooks or S. Drives/Nitto Invos etc... This would fit perfectly vs the Falkens that have that stretched looked to them as you can see in the video.

Original offsets were 32/45 and we used 15mm Spacers F&R and sat perfect to me.

OP, I would just remind you that wheel width factors into how much your wheels poke or tuck, as well. For instance, the same offset for a 9.5" wheel versus a 9.0" wheel will stick out roughly 6+MM more. So, be sure to take the width into consideration when you decide on offsets.

As far as my personal preference... My ideal set-up for a G coupe:

Front: 20x9.5" (+22ish)
Rear: 20x10.5" (+28ish)

Have to agree with Wei on not searching hard enough and offset. You can slap those specs with no modification.

I personally prefer slightly lower offset on the rear and for that reason I'm running

9.5 front +25
10.5 rear +27
