'Cause I'm a noob. I was just copying off of the OEM spec for the AWD Sport. The next time I get tires, I think I will use your numbers. I'll get more grip and it will probably look better.

Which tire combo would be better for 19x8.5 Front with 30 offset, and 19x9.5 Rear with a 40 offset:

1. 245/40, 275/35....Rolling diameter difference=.53%

2. 245/35, 285/30....Rolling diameter difference=.08%

Can some one tell me what each would look like on the car, and I don't plan to lower all that much. Very subtle drop on coils

I just ordered a set of staggered wheels as well and I was just wondering if people switch to their oem wheels when they bring the car in for service?

Any pics?

For those of you that had ordered wheels and tires, did everything work out? Any pics, I have a 2011 g37xS, with the 19" rims but am either considering spacers or a full set of staggered wheels and rubber. I just want to make sure they won't rub and don't want to roll fenders etc.

Any follow-up pics would really be appreciated.
Thanks

2010 g37x sedan AWD

Hello I’m new to this and just got a 2010 g37x sedan and bought the oem staggered 18 inch set from a g37 coupe, rims are fresh tires are brand new, the size is 225/50/18 front 245/45/18 rear can I put this on my sedan AWD with no issues to my AWD system? “Besides the fact I can’t do a tire rotation”

A difference from front to back diameters on an AWD will F-up the differential. You don't want them spinning at different RPM's. Get as close as you can. It doesn't have to be 100% perfect, but the closer the better.

That is a fairly common set-up with the rims/wheels, but the tires will probably need to be 35's to avoid rubbing or the need to stretch the fender. The bumper tabs may also need to be trimmed.
My suggestion is to go with 19x9.5 with +15 MAX and 245/35's and the rears 11 inch with +22 and 255/35's. The bumper tab's might need to be shaved a bit and probably trim or remove the wheel liner too. The rear camber might need a bit of adjusting with that aggressive set-up, but It will look sick! This is if it's RWD only BTW. That set-up would be fine even with AWD as far as diameter goes. Only a 1% difference is totally fine, but I'm not positive about the fitment.

Use this to easily find the differences: https://tire-calc.com/comparison/245...nd-255-35-r19/

Tires/wheel sizes on 2010 G37 convertible

I have questions regarding tire sizes and wheel sizes and what is acceptable for G37 convertible (2010)

I bought this G37 less than 2 months ago and didn’t have a mechanic inspect it; and I know nothing about
Infinitis or cars or tires.

The dealership has these tires on the g37
245/40r19, and 245/40Z19

I believe the owners manual says
225/45R19 front and 245/40R19

So, mine are not staggered now. They are all 245/40r19

How important is this difference as far as safety and possible damage to the car in any way?
Also, if i buy new tires; will I need to buy new wheels ?

Thanks

Thanks for this reply. My 2010 G37 has 245/40R19 all the way around.
It feels a bit loose or sloppy /shakey at higher speeds(freeway)
