"Ideal" is different for everyone on here. How much stretch and camber are you willing to run? Personally I like my car to also be functional so I would not go more than +15 on a 9" front and +25 on a 10.5" rear.
To those of you with fitment knowledge what WOULD be the ideal size/offset to get a nice rim with a pretty good lip?
As kidcane said it is somewhat subjective. If you want to run full size tires with minimal fender mods and keep within the factory alignment specs I'd say don't go beyond
Front 9.5 +25
Rear. 10.5 +25
Your tire selection and ride height will also be a huge factor.

I don't DD my G at all. I have another vehicle for that. Also, I do like to drive my G and would like to take it on a road trip to the Japanese Classic Car show in SoCal this year, so I guess realistically I don't want something that is a huge PITA to drive everywhere. So my "ideal" setup would be something that looks great but doesn't lose a lot of functionality.

Thanks soolman32, I am thinking that I will pm the seller of the wheels and let him know that I am going to pass on his rims.
Thanks for the help Gentlemen. I really appreciate you steering me in the right direction.
