Hey, could some one give me some advices if this is possible, or if i should even attempt?
Is it possible to get a wider set of tires on the oem stock rims 225/50R-18?
Can i do 235/50-18 or 255/45-18? Or maybe stagger the sizes? 225 front and 255 or 235 in the back? Or just 235 all around ? I want more chances of tire grip and hp to the floor!

Of course, I'm only doing this once my tire current crap oem tires wears out in a few months. Would like to know ahead of time

Yes you can.... But get ready for flaming lol you can run a 275 on the rear, and a 245 front.

Doh, I don't want anything too aggressive. Reason i ask is because i get a lot of tire slips in the back. Could just be due to the crappy dunlop oem tires. No flamming, just wanting some advice.

Wanted to know if there is any "easy" reasonable fit so that its not hazardous, or rubbing that will be going on. I was under the impression that the rims itself support a certain width, so i'm not sure how much it can support?

Ya you won't rub with a 245 and 275. Just don't add spacers

245 and 275 seem way too big heh. I don't want to look too stupid rolling on oem 18" At most, I'm thinking of 245 all around so i can do tire rotations, otherwise it would be 235 & 255. How do they fit wider tires on a 225 rim? I would think it budge out a little bit, and if you go excess(245+). Wouldn't it be like wobbly since the width is too long for the rims?

Hmmm i would consider you running 255/45/18 rear and 245/45/18 front that should be very close to stock specs and should provide you with much better grip. Hope this helps!!

If you're running 225/50/18, you're probably on 18x7.5 wheels.
245/45/18 tires are pretty close to the same diameter, but they would not look good on 18x7.5 wheels. They would fit on the wheels, but won't look right, and could affect tire performance.
245/45/18 should go on 18x8 or 18x8.5 wheels.

At this point, I think 235/50/18 would be perfect all around, or should i do 235/50/18 front and 245/45/18 back?
Is there any real performance gains with a staggered setup? It would be nice to be able to rotate the tires, but i don't mind giving that up for performance and handling stability.

Actually, after a bit of online window shopping, it seems like the sweet spot would be to get stock 225/50/18 front, and the wider 245/45/18 rear. Getting 235/45/18 in front doesn't seem to be any better, as the tires seem to have a lower load rating compared to the 225/50/18 counter part(i would prefer a stronger side wide).

My initial concern is getting the rear tires to deliver power to the ground since they seem to like to slip a lot after my stillen gen3 & exahust upgrades. This seems to be a perfect fit on stock wheels, what are your thoughts?

Pretty popular size to use all around would be 245/45-18.

Yes, 245/45/18 all around would be nice...as long as you use 18x8 or 18x8.5 wheels.

if you buy better tires, you wouldn't really need a wider tire.

I had a hard time finding 235f/255r tires that I liked.

Speaking of good tires, I'm leaning on getting some Yokohama AVID Envigors. My next choice would be the Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS or RE960AS. Do you guys know what kind of wear and tear issue i might run if i did 225 & 245 vs 245 all around?
