You can.. But why 18's"?
Lexani LX-10 Machined Black with Grooved Lip
Get some 20x8.5 or 20x10 all around.
But to your OP 255/35/20 will look a little bit more cleaner.

BTW, don't go on that site.. If you plan to buy..
I believe, it looks like these wheels aren't staggered.. So it's the same lip for the 8.5 and 10 size.
Go 20x10 all around lol, you won't be disapointed.
