Help Brake pedal not firm after brake install

Brake pedal not firm after brake install

I am stumped and can't figure why I have to press so deep on the pedal to brake.upgraded brakes to stoptech crossdrilled/slotted with hps pads.bled the brakes and I feel no difference.am I bleeding them wrong?

It sounds like you still have air in the lines. What order did you bleed them in? Did you bleed from both the inner and outer bleed valves on each caliper?

Are you suppose to bleed each nipple on the caliber separately or both at the dame time.
