G37s help with used rim/tire set from G35
recently bought g37s- am looking at buying used rims/tires/spacers of a guy with g35. with his set up are my hubs etc the same should i be able to mount with his set up and be good? another questions i am looking for a slight drop to go with these rims - springs only for now- any help.

20" SportMaxx XXR 006 Rims
Specs:
Front 20 x 8.5 (+35 Offset)
1.25" Lip
20mm Ichiba V2 spacer available
Rear 20x 10 (+35 Offest)
3.25" Lip
15mm Ichiba V2 spacer available
Spacers will give a final offset of
F: +15
R: +20
These will give the wheels a close to flush look with the fenders.
He is selling rims/tires (almost dead) spacers for 1350 dollars- good deal?
