brake pad inquiry

IM tryng to replace front and rear break pad is there any fter market pad that is better than oem pad with less dollars or same d if there is can u tell me the brand n name n link me where i can purchase thanks alot

We have Hawk Ceramic and Akebono Ceramic that be much lower dust and noise with good initial bite. The other option would be a performance based pad like the Hawk HPS that would throw a little more dust, but have good initial bite with continuous hard bite in the higher heat ranges. Those are more for aggressive street drivers.

If you want Pads which will out perform your OEM, without emptying your wallet. Go with Stoptech. Bought from a vendor here under $200.

^ I have those Project Mu pads on my sedan. They have good bite but they squeal way too much.

When u replace ur pads u should replace ur rotors or at least machine them.

replacing pads also replacing rotor? NEVER heard of that, unless surface worn off unevenly

Look into stoptech and project mu or hawks but I'm not a fan of hawks. Tons of info on here.
