Yeah, I found on the Ichiba spacers the hubcentric ring does not always stick out far enough to make good contact with the hub. I added copper wire spacers per a DYI on G35driver to resolve the issue on a friend's car . Spacers don't usually cause vibration; incorrectly installed spacers can though (although I am not a huge fan of spacers for other reasons).

In general, I think the rear camber kit is cheap and easy. It will allow you to run enough camber to get by the problems you are having now, and it will allow you to get your camber/toe as close to factory spec once you get everything sorted out (and save on tire wear). In the long run it will easily save you the cost of the kit a few times over in tire savings.
I am not saying just drop your car and add mad camber to fix the problem as I think some people are saying. I am saying drop your car with whatever you want, and see how it works out. I don't think anything serious is wrong with your car, and the wheels are only mildly aggressive. A drop and a little negative camber will help resolve most of your issues. Just be prepared to do some minor trimming, and if you have the rear camber kit, make some camber adjustments (this may go either way once you get everything sorted out, and you may be able to add positive camber for all you know). Just take it to a shop that knows what they are doing, and I am sure they can sort it out. The install, adjustments, and trimming are all super super easy (although I managed to Dremel my arm when I was trimming my rear fender liners).
Nothing major. Just extra weight, more parts, more things to go wrong, etc. Overall, I don't think it is a problem if you want/need to run them.

According to your offset and compared to OEM 19"
FRONT
20mm wider toward fender. And 5 mm deeper. So as long as you take the spacers out on your front wheels. Should work just fine.
Now the front suspension will get positive camber when you apply weight. So definitely you will need SPC camber kits. So they don't rub under severe turns.
REAR
11mm deeper and 27mm wider toward your fender. 27mm is your wheels stretched toward fender. With your wider tires 285/30/20 of coarse they will rub your fenders. 27mm is aggressive, but your tires are too wide.
Just change your tires to 275 width. Will solve all issues. Sell your 285's used before completely destroying.
Our rear suspension goes negative camber under severe turn. So no Camber needed.
