Winter wheels and tires from Tire rack doesn't fit!

I just got a set of 18x8 silver painted Sport edition A7 with Michelin Xice Xi2 for winter but when I tried putting the rims on they don't fit! The rims doesn't clear that bolt that sticks out of the rotor so I can't put the rims all the way in because of that dang bolt. Has anyone had this problem because I thought since I bought it from Tire rack that it would fit but it doesn't.

you need to take that bolt off... then it works.

u supposed to removed those 2 lil small bolts from the hub, when u put on aftermarket wheels. 1 on each side on the front. what that is to prevented u from puttin the rear wheel to the front! that help?

I did what you guys said and took the bolts off. Tires fit perfectly can't wait to try them out in the snow. Thank you!

My winter tires + rims (same ones) are just getting put on now... had to search the good ol forum to make sure this bolt wasn't anything important. Things work perfectly now! Thanks to myG37.com and it's people, so stoked to be able to drive again!

Yeah, that bolt causes more issues than it's worth.
