Dealer + Hawk HPS pads install!!! Need Opinions

Ok here is my issue , I had dealer install my Brand new Hawk HPS pads and with this being first brake Job on my car I wanted dealer to install, now problem is that , one of my rotors looks untouched like it has grooves like they didn't resurface so I returned to dealer and they pulled pad off brought to me and the blamed the pad cause it
has a groove that is causing the rotor to look the way it does.... Weird because now it's 2 weeks later an there is squealing or squeaking going on and definite noise while rolling i'n garages like a woosh woosh woosh sound lol it's making me angry that I spent 160 on pads+100 cash on brake job the seems was not done right.. What can I do???

Did you contact Hawk Performance? if not you should, since you have dealer to back you up that the pads are at fault. If rotor got wrecked I am pretty sure Hawk Performance will replace them for you. Good Luck, I hope you get this resolved.
