Does TPMS sensor give actual pressure

Furthermore, you cannot even reset the TPMS system unless you take it to the dealer; most modern cars offer a TPMS reset button you use when you switch TPMS sensors.

Ah. didnt know that. So our sensors do send out the psi. Just wish we had a program that had it. I wonder if its built in like the camera sensors that are built in for viewing in all directions that pops up every once in awhile when you shift from reverse to netrual quickly a few times.

In the garage now and I will have to pull the tire gauge out tomorrow and see what's up.

I was wondering the same thing tonight. I got the low pressure warning and so I spent 20 to 30 minutes trying to scroll through menus, sub-menus, etc. to see what was going on. My 2006 M35X would give a nice bright pic on the nav screen with an exact reading for each tire. I assumed a three year newer G would have the same. You know what they say about assume....

hate to say it my acura rdx has it.
not only does it give you tire pressure so you can figure out if you have a long term problem.plus displays what wheels are getting traction, could be bigger.
and that vehicle is 11k less.
infiniti screwed the whole system up, I can give voice commands for a ton of different things, just not tire pressure.

Tire pressures
Didn't want to start a whole new thread on this. First off I have to admit that I NEVER check tire pressures. However my TPMS came on so I went into the garage, tire pressure gauge in hand. Door sticker says 39lbs all around as a cold temp. Temp is garage is about 13 (55 Fahrenheit) and car has not moved today. All tires are reading 32lbs?? Does that sound right? All four to be low at the same time? Fall weather is affecting them?
Love hear some comments.

PS: Stock tires that came with car and it is a 'vert.
