I have the Ichibas as well, and I found a thread on here a while back about how to make them stop vibrating. Basically, the centering ring isn't long enough to fit onto the hub of the rim. Put a small smash-ring of copper inside the centering ring to bump it out a few mm, and it'll stop vibrating. Worked like a charm for me!
I have ichiba V2's they vibrate as well. Took them off and retorqued and they vibrate *less* but definitely still vibrate. Bothers me that the car is no longer smooth at speed like it was stock.
Do you have to remove the spacers and reinstall to do this copper crush method? I tried just pulling the center ring out but it wouldnt come out with two pliers on the sides and a lot of force, so i assume I have to take them all off, add the rings, then reinstall.
When I first put my Ichiba V2's on they vibrated a little...took them off, clean everything real well and took some torque out on the torque wrench and no problems since. Think I used 70 lbs second time around...
question: which spacers cause more/less vibrations, the ones that replace your stock studs with longer ones or the ones that use stock studs to connect to the car and its one studs to attach to the wheel?
