It really depends on how you drive and the condition of your roads.
I believe H&R kit is too low for the front of the AIT kit considering people grind the front on H&R without a kit. I recommend Coils or Eibach.
You will crack your kit.

Here is H&R kit on stock G with 20's
The AIT kit adds at least 1-2 inch on the front and side. It won't touch the ground if your parked. You will have at least 1-3 inch clearance but on a incline or pothole you will definitely ground out.
It really depends on the incline or pothole. Basically the condition of your road's and where you drive.
