Your main concern would be scrapping on a curb probably, which you'll just ahve to learn to drive a little more cautiously. But as a tribute to the wheels strength, I made a left from a stop sign, didn't see the island dividing the lanes and totally rammed it with my driver front, I thought for sure I bent it or broke it. pulled into the parking lot and checked it out no damage, then Infiniti mechanics told me the same when they had it on the lift for servicing.

My dealership did that for me without the tire/wheel package.

I got run into a curb by an a$$hole in a SAAB trying to beat me to a freeway entrance ramp... and it's a long story but bottom line is both pass side wheels were scraped up pretty badly. Was going to buy new OEMs (@ ~$600 per) when someone on this site suggested I look for a wheel repair locally. To my utter amazement, there is a guy here locally (this is not a huge metro area by any means) called Wheel Fix-it. I definitely had my doubts but the dude hooked me up - refinished all four, M&B for $460. Re-painted with metalic gunmetal gray, looks awesome. Best money I've spent on the car.

These are def not the best pics but gives some idea of the color

The first one is just for comparison. I didn't take pics of the damaged wheels before the fix, wish I had because they were ugly, big scrapes and gouges up on the spokes, rim edge all chewed up...
