TEIN H-tech G35's Install on the G37C-PERFECT DROP

I know we've all been going round and round, waiting on Eibach, dealing with the HR's that claim to drop 1 inch, and instead we got 2 inches...etc...etc. Waiting on coilovers..etc..etc...

Seems like it's been impossile to get the coveted 1-1.2 inch drop on the G37 Coupe.

Well, we decided to try a set of Tein H-Tech for a G35 Coupe on a customer's G37 Coupe. I think we have a winner! Looks like roughly a 1 inch drop. What do you guys think? We will probably use the H-Techs' from now on...I like this look, and the ride is like stock.

I have these in my garage from my G35 (never installed). Maybe I wont sell them!!!!! Does anyone know the downside of installing springs not made the the g37 specific (G35 part)??? Fitment is okay?

a little off topic, but...

Sharif, have you put a G37 / 350z H&R spring side by side and compared them? I'm thinking they're just selling 350z springs as G37 springs

Only thing I would think of is maybe the extra weight of the 37 and a reduced spring weight for the 35 might make the ride a little spongy.

can you please post a pic from the back so the camber could be shown??

im guessin the only downside would be that our car is heavier and the rider would be alot bouncier?

Spring rates are probably the same. They were for the coils from G35 to G37. Thats a nice drop though.

Thanks for the pics Shariff
This was the route I was planning on going:

https://www.myg37.com/forums/showthr...=178733&page=2

Ever since I saw a member with them on and damn eibach taking so long to release their springs, this might be a very good alternative

Now if you can post again after they settle, that would give me a very good idea...also, I been looking around for prices for G35c H-techs, Shariff how much do you sell them?
Thanks
