Has anyone had to use their wheel and tire package yet?

Has anyone had to use their wheel and tire package yet?
I bought the wheel and tire package for the G when I got it. Supposedly, if my tire tears, blows, rips, pops, etc they replace the tire no questions asked. Same for the rims as well.
Is this really true? has anyone had to use it yet?

i actually called to make a claim and see what they would say about my curbed wheel. I told them i hit a pot hole and it damaged my rim. She asked me if it was cosmetic (it is) i said no it is affecting my tire. So now they are covering the cost
It was $135 at a local shop.

I have the wheel & tire plan now, and I had it on my G35. On the G35, I ended up blowing out a rear tire and went in to have it repaired. They balked at first about it, by saying that I drove on it after it went flat. After I pointed out the tire basically exploded when I was going 60mph, and my car didn't come equipped with the insta-stop option, they replaced my tire. The only annoying thing is that it happend ~6,000 miles and I had to buy a replacement for the other side as well. I personally think the tire plan should cover replacing both tires if you've driven more than 2,000 miles.

I have used mine on my g35
I got a nail in the sidewall of one of my brand new tires, and they replaced it for me at no cost and with no problems.
I have aftermarket rims (iForged 20" on Falken F452) and had only put about 1000 miles on the new rims and tires when I got a nail in my tire one rainy night....the nail was close to the sidewall and the guy at Discount Tire said they could patch it, but it wasnt very safe since it was on the border of the sidewall....... but thankfully I had bought the 4-way protection package from the dealership when I bought my car.
So I just gave my service guy a call and he ordered it without even seeing the tire beforehand, he just knows me well......
They even gave me a loaner to drive while they brought in my replacement tire, since I didn't want to risk screwing up my rims by driving with the low air pressure. They called me as soon as they got my new tire in the next day and the brand new tire was sitting in my trunk (I am super **** and only have one shop work on my wheels and tires do to the amount of morons who screw up peoples 3 piece wheels.........they have a dope *** machine that doesnt even touch the face of the rim ) . The receipt said they paid 350 for the tire !
