just read this, 8.5 fr5ont and rears? dude, you got ripped. first off this sedan is built for staggered setup. second 8.5 in the rear is smaller than stock Sport package. Ebay is never a good place to buy. also you should have done more HW before buying these. sorry bro you might be screwed.

They were made by OZ Racing for this car.
They are 20 x 8.5 all the way around.
I am not sure what the offset is but they fit great before I lowered it.
Even box syas 1.2 front 1.0 rear.
I called and talked to tirerack about them before I ordered them and steve looked it up also.
Maybe I got the wrong spring in the box I think they make 2 ride heights

Yeah, harsh. The man just wanted our help!...j/k
But to the OP, if others are not rubbing with 20" and H&Rs, you def got the wrong offsets. See if you can return them and get the right offsets

flame me if u want but why are people doing H&R??? H&Rs kinda suck...ESPCIALLY if u are puttin G35 built H&R's on top of it. Our G37s are 250-350 pounds heavier and drop more on em' than the 35 would and would ride stiffer and cause more wear.....
for a subtle drop just to eliminate some fender gap and get better handling get the Tanabe NF210....made FOR the G37!!!
for a moderate drop get the Eibach Pro Kit....made FOR the G37!!!
or for moderate drop but slightly more aggressive stance get the Tein High-Tech....made FOR the G37!!! (when it releases)
H&R's and lux coupes dont mix IMHO

I say "Nay" to ANY G35 spring on the 37...your impatience will come back to bite you....the g35 is a heavier car so when the G37 is sittin on springs made the for the 35, and you and a passenger sit in the g37....that's alread affecting the spring's drop/ride quality as if there is a G35 with weights in the trunk and 4 passengers from the weight difference. thats why a lotta people who did tein s-techs made for the 35 got slammed too far down....
now the case with h&r's i believe they are too aggressive and performance oriented to begin with, that's why they fit ncier on s2000s and 350zs....they seem to be designed for more drop settled and too aggressive a stance which may cause more rubbing...heavy lux coupes like ours are not what h&r designs best for....the same KIND of goes with Tein, which is why i advocate for Tein's H-tech more than the aggressive S-Tech. The S-tech was great on the s2k....
Anyhow as of right now best springs on the market are Eibach pro kit for moderate drop and good ride, and Tanabe NF210 for subtle drop and close to OEM ride.....and for a slightly more aggressive stance Tein High-tech when it comes out....
Sorry if i am biased...obviously my opinions are biased towards daily drivers like myself who want good looks and good performance but without the harsh realities of "overkill" mods......

Now for the impatient people that want to drop the G37 (myself included), with the added weight on the G37 over the G35c, adding a few inches on top of the .6"/.3" might not be too bad IMO, at least it won't be drastic compared to the H&Rs
Also, I believe that the H-techs offered the slightest drop on the G35c. The only thing that is preventing me from doing this is the possilility of prematurely wearing out the shocks.
Just my thoughts...

yeah the more conservative the drop the better it is on your OEM suspension....also keep in mind that getting springs with an increased spring rate of no more than 5% will help you car "vibrate" and bounce less over the road....Now on a Lexus or Honda thats not a big deal...But on our rattle-ridden Nissans - a spring rate too high is just asking to prematurely bring out all the new rattles that would otherwise be hiding in your G waiting for higher mileage to come out...
a good drop to keep for the life of your car is acheived with coilovers.....even subtle springs I wouldnt keep for more than 2 years on the car unless you dont mind wearing out your OEM suspension quicker and replacing all that crap.
