Tire Feathering?

Hello,

As a previous owner of a 2003 350Z Track Pack, I was wondering if the current owner's of the new G37S are experiencing the accelerated tire (tire feathering) wear problem the 350Z had. Maybe it's too early to tell but I thought I'd ask anyways as I'm waiting for my G37S to come in but might change my mind if that tire wear problem still exists (I'm hoping it doesn't)

Thanks in advance

I don't think there will be ... the G37 and 07 G35 pretty much share the same suspension components and geometry. There have been no mention of tire feathering, even from us that are already lowered. Also ... not much has been said of "un-even" tire wear due to lowering yet either.

Still too early, but no tire feathering yet on my car. There is also no tire roar. We shall see down the road.

The front tire feathering issues usually became evident around 7-8000 miles on the G35 Coupes which might be too soon for many G37 owners. I too would be quite interested as the main reason I'm getting rid of my G35 Coupe has been due to the front feathering.

Was it the front or back that was feathering on the older cars?

It was on the front of the older cars....
I think they correctd this by 2005 so I would not imagine it to be an issue in 2008

All Coupes from 03-07 have some front inside tire feathering issues and rear middle premature wear issues. It was never corrected. The most owners would get would be a replacement set of tires from the dealership as "good will".
