Suspension question
I have a 2012 G37xS Coupe original owner and my G is now 10 years old. I don't mind the stiff suspension with the Tanabe NF210 lowering springs however my wife finds it uncomfortable because here in Montreal our roads are crappy: cracks, crevices, bumps, uneven pavement, ruts, small post holes, sunken man hole covers; you get the idea. So I'm looking to soften the ride a bit to make it more comfortable. Some garages here that I'm very familiar with don't recommend coil-overs as they may make the ride even stiffer or harsher. Even those with adjustable height, rebound, dampers and even camber. Others recommend keeping the springs and getting better shocks (not a bad idea since the car is 10 years old and has 88 K Kms or 57K Miles). Others claim that you can install adjustable end links and softer rubber bushing. Not polyurethane bushings because they also stiffen the ride. So if anyone here has any ideas about this please help. My car spends winters in storage and has never been winter driven and is in excellent shape with low mileage and I intend on keeping her because of the low mileage and 0 issues.

I would highly recommend a good set of coilovers with spring rates for the street. They will ride much better than lowering springs on stock dampers that aren't valved for them. I ran 11k/8k Fortune 500 coilovers with swift springs and they were great on harsh roads. Much better than stock or stock+lowering springs. Just make sure the springs rates aren't too high and you will be amazed at the difference. The car will handle better, not get upset over mid-corner bumps, and ride better on crappy roads.
