Alignment needed?

Replaced my rear passenger spindle knuckle and now my steering wheel’s center is off and vibrates going when going higher speeds do I just need to get an alignment?

Usually no, but if your steering wheel is off maybe you have adjustment points are the knuckle? If you changed the adjustment by removing them then yes you will need an alignment.

Yes, you need an alignment. Any changes you make in the rear will affect the front. When changing the spindle you probably messed with the toe and camber when removing the bolts.

As Said Amir said, rear alignment will affect front because the car it literally trying to steer the rear so your front will off to compensate.
