Thumbs up Lowering springs

Hey guys I was thinking of getting some lowering springs for my g37x, which one's would you recommend?? Also I heard you need a camber kit when you install them, is this true?

-thanks

Swift or Eibach are the most common, and yes, a rear camber kit should also be in your shopping cart.

Read through the suspension forum.

Swift springs have worked very well on my X coupe. You will need the front camber arms and rear toe bolt kit at least. I bought the rear camber bolt kit too but didn’t need it since I’m still in spec after alignment.
The car corners much better than factory with a slight increase in harshness over crappy sections of road. I’m happy with the product.

As suggested above you should read through the threads in the suspension section. Each brand offers a different drop and with that comes a change in how the car rides and handles. Pick one that fits your needs. Good luck!

Eibach Sport springs, 20mm spacers, and rear toe/camber kit on my G37xS coupe with 19" factory wheels. Perfect stance, IMO. Front alignment is SLIGHTLY out of factory spec, but I don't drive much and plan on rotating pretty often to increase longevity. From what I understand, Swift springs sit SLIGHTLY higher than Eibachs. Good luck!

Looks beautiful. How are the roads near you, and how does it ride compared to stock? Looks like the average parking block will damage the splitter. How high above the ground is the splitter?

Thank you!

The roads are alright. Yeah, it's little more jarring than stock, but that's expected. Makes the car feel a bit more sportier, IMO. Doesn't bother me whatsoever.

And parking blocks: I've had some extreme close calls where I've parked inches away from destroying the bumper. Hasn't happened yet, but is definitely at a height where you need to be cautious. Knock on wood.

Hi,bro.I have a same car with you.And I changed Eibach lowering springs too.I had already installed the Eibach front camber arm kit,but the corner still looks bad.I want to ask you how to adjust the camber.By the way,I am in New York.Do you have any familiar technician?

I went to a Subaru specialist shop in Sterling, VA (MachV / fastwrx.com). I made sure to go somewhere where they were familiar with tuning and lowered cars. They installed the kit and performed the alignment.
