Where is rear sway bar in Factory Service Manual? I cannot find it

What is the abbreviation for this section? I am trying to locate the rear sway bar instillation from the factory service manual. I know members have done the install and posted on the forum, but, I am trying to locate it in the service manual.
Please help.

I located the rear sway-bar in the service manual, read the information, and I still do not understand how many self locking nuts I need to purchase (I do not want to reuse the old ones and use loctite, I want to purchase new ones)
I have attached a screen shot of the picture in the service manual. Does the number by the nuts tell me how many I need to replace?
I see nuts next to where the sway-bar will connect to the sway-bar link. But, what about the bolts that connect to the rubber bushing clamps? Does those bolts connect to some self locking nuts as well as I do not see that in the diagram.

The numbers are torque values. There is an explanation in the front of the FSM that explains the difference in the three values for each bolt. The four chassis bolts are simply bolts that use stretch to keep them in place. The endlinks might use self-lockers in which case you'll need two nuts.

Is what I am attaching the page you are referring to? The General Information (GI) tab. Is this the information that lists the proper torque that you were just referring to?
Also, the end links there are two ends. You mentioned I would need two nuts, wouldn't I need four nuts or am I mistaken? I am not removing the end-links (as I do not believe that is necessary from what i read), so would I just need to replace 2 nuts as the other 2 will not be removed?
